Shipping Policy

Worldwide and domestic shipping within the Netherlands is available on all pieces. 

All parcels are sent from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, using insured shipping services. 

Postage costs and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in our prices and are determined by your local customs authority. Please check your local postal or government guidelines before purchasing.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent. If you require express shipping, please get in touch before placing your order.

Please note that Mundane cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Mundane piece.

All of our jewellery is vintage and may show natural signs of age, wear, patina, or small imperfections. Each piece is carefully inspected, photographed, described, and measured before being listed.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. Natural vintage wear and described imperfections are not considered faults.

If your item arrives with a genuine fault that was not shown or described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mundaneobjects.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

As a small business, we review return requests manually and individually, so please allow some time.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a return is accepted:

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

• Items must be returned in the same condition, with original packaging.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as Mundane is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
